Carpe Diem Silver Pendant | Plum + Posey

  • Plum and Posey creates meaningful and timeless jewelry crafted from casts of antique wax seals. Each design is lovingly chosen from our treasured collection of many rare and beautiful seals, collected from around the world by our designer Adrinna Hardy.

Wax seals to me are impressions of another time, each a miniature work of art in its own right with its own intrinsic meaning and symbolism. I love to make jewelry using these fascinating designs and giving them a new lease of life, celebrating the amazing artists of the Georgian and Victorian eras, whose fine craftsmanship help make my work possible. These are just a few images from a collection of many thousands of seals.
