The Indian tea trade was established, and Darjeeling quickly became a favourite tea leaf. Queen Victoria was a fan of Darjeeling, and would often take hers with lemon. As the Queen was an admired trendsetter, the rage for Darjeeling with lemon soon took hold. Now you too can drink tea like RoyalTea.

Sense and SensibiliTea are the tea creations of Wanda and Andrew Aulenback. Their company started from humble roots. It began in a make shift 18th century tea parlour. Having hosted many fully costumed period teas, Wanda decided to take the next step, and begin research to make sure the teas she was serving were accurate to the various time periods they were playing in. So began Sense and SensibiliTea.
